Remote Lead Generation Specialist Job Vacancy at Cherry

We are hiring a Lead Generation Specialist for a professional services company in the health care industry dealing with mental health & wellness services. This is a Full-Time remote role for a U.S.-based company. The role blends outbound marketing outreach with funnel building, lead engagement and therapist education. Your primary responsibility is to communicate the benefits of the therapy to potential patients and to local mental health providers who may refer their clients. You will use psychology today website to contact therapists and email lists to contact potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, website leads and therapy practices.
• Build and manage outbound email marketing funnels for both patient leads and professional referral sources.
• Explain the treatment, it’s clinical benefits, insurance coverage and success rates.
• Educate therapists on how we can support clients struggling with depression and anxiety.
• Coordinate with clinical staff for screenings, appointments and referral follow up.
• Maintain CRM data, outreach logs and conversion tracking.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and medical accuracy.

Required Qualifications:

• Background in Marketing and Outbound Sales
• 2+ years experience with funnel automation, email campaigns or healthcare lead generation
• 2+ years experience with sales calls

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+years experience in Marketing or sales background
• Experience in the mental health or wellness industry
• Knowledge of therapy practices, insurance processes, or patient referral systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional and patient engagement
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously
• Familiarity with compliance and privacy regulations in healthcare communications (HIPAA awareness)
• Comfort with analyzing campaign performance and optimizing outreach strategies

Required Skills & Tools:

• 2+ years experience with Hubspot CRM
• Experience with Marketing funnel software and ring central
• Experience with Outlook

Schedule & Pay:

• Full-Time position; Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM MST.
• Fully remote role for a U.S.-based company
• Pay ranges from R14,000 – R16,000 per month
• Annual raises and confirmed holidays
