We are looking for a confident, high-energy Customer Service Representative to support our U.S.-based customers in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
  • Provide clear, accurate information about courses and customer accounts
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Contribute to sales and upselling opportunities
  • Meet or exceed KPIs (CSAT, call handling time, conversion targets)
  • Handle complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of customer service experience (high-volume call center preferred)
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based customers strongly preferred
  • Clear, neutral English accent and excellent communication skills (non-negotiable). 
  • Strong phone presence and ability to think on your feet
  • Proven ability to meet performance targets
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Spanish is a strong advantage
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a remote, performance-based environment

  • Stable, high-speed internet suitable for VoIP
  • Quiet, professional home office setup
  • Reliable equipment

Schedule: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM CST
