We are looking for a confident, high-energy Customer Service Representative to support our U.S.-based customers in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
- Provide clear, accurate information about courses and customer accounts
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Contribute to sales and upselling opportunities
- Meet or exceed KPIs (CSAT, call handling time, conversion targets)
- Handle complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Requirements
- 2–4 years of customer service experience (high-volume call center preferred)
- Experience supporting U.S.-based customers strongly preferred
- Clear, neutral English accent and excellent communication skills (non-negotiable).
- Strong phone presence and ability to think on your feet
- Proven ability to meet performance targets
- Sales experience is a plus
- Spanish is a strong advantage
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a remote, performance-based environment
