Civet Media is a UK based healthcare marketing agency working with clinics across the UK. We are hiring a friendly, detail driven Appointment Setter who lives in South Africa and wants stable, ongoing remote work. You will speak with warm leads who have already enquired and guide them toward booking their first consultation.

If you are not based in South Africa, you will not be considered.

What you will be doing

– Calling and messaging warm leads to maximise bookings
– Checking if leads are suitable for each clinic’s services
– Scheduling consultations into client calendars
– Following up consistently to keep conversations warm and friendly

What you will need

– Confident communication skills
– Good English (spoken and written)
– Attention to detail and reliability
– Ability to follow structured call systems
– Quiet workspace, fast internet and a good headset
– Two monitors for efficient multitasking

Required working hours

We are only hiring applicants who can work the following hours (UK time):

Saturday and Sunday:
10:00 – 17:00 UK time

Monday to Friday:
15:00 – 20:00 UK time

The details

– Freelance contract (self employed)
– You invoice us monthly for the hours you work
– $6 USD per hour, paid in GBP to Wise account
– Around 20 hours per week
– Fully remote, South Africa only
