Join us at 3verteD, a Cape Town-based company delivering engineered 3D-printed solutions for manufacturers and creators. We’re looking for a Sales Development Coordinator to help us expand our customer base and refine our sales process — all while working remotely and flexibly.
What You’ll Do
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads
- Schedule meetings between leads and our technical team
- Keep the CRM/sales pipeline up to date (ClickUp or similar)
- Support sales documentation, follow-ups, and reporting
- Help build and refine our repeatable sales process
- Occasionally attend in-person meetings/events (own vehicle required)
What You’ll Need
- Diploma/degree in business, marketing, communications, or similar — or equivalent experience
- Experience in a sales or customer-facing role
- Great communication and organisational skills
- Independent, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Reliable internet (min. 20 Mbps) and power supply
- Own reliable vehicle and valid SA driver’s license
- Bonus: Interest or experience in manufacturing/product development
