We are looking for a dedicated Call Centre Agent to join our team!
Requirements:
- Age: 30 years or younger
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous call centre or customer service experience (advantageous but not required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Target-driven with a positive attitude
- Basic computer skills
- Home language must be Afrikaans and fluent in English
- Basic car knowledge would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Assisting customers with inquiries and providing accurate information
- Following up on leads and potential buying opportunities
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Working as part of a dynamic team to meet targets
