We have an exciting position available for a full time PA to our National Sales Director who will be based at our showroom in Kramerville.
Main purpose of the job
To provide administrative support to the National Sales Director and general administration of Hertex Inland.
Minimum requirements
- National Senior Certificate or Diploma in PA/Office
- Minimum 5 years PA experience in a Sales environment Skills and knowledge
- Written and verbal English
- Events co-ordination
- Minute taking
- Report writing
- Database/records management
- MS Office Suite
- Equipment & Facilities Management Essential behaviours
- Decision-making ability
- Prioritizing
- Time management
