Administration / Receptionist Job Vacancy in Johannesburg at Biliyon
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrator/Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, overseeing all aspects of office administration and providing professional front-desk support. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming clients, guests, and staff in a professional manner.
- Efficiently manage daily incoming and outgoing calls.
- Coordinating calendars, booking meetings, and confirming schedules.
- Preparing agendas, minutes, and presentations.
- Provide admin support to the Managing Director
- Sending memos, updates, and notices to staff members
- Keeping the front desk tidy and professional.
- Prepare, compile and submit SHEQ tender documents
- Manage company’s general administrative activities
- Filing, scanning, and organizing records.
- Updating databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5+ years proven experience in Administrator/Receptionist
- Clear verbal and written skills for dealing with staff and clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel and Word)
- Handling unexpected issues calmly and efficiently.
- Prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Strong administrative, coordination, and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
Advantageous
- Diploma/ Degree in Office Administration or any related field.
- Experience working with construction or facilities management tenders
