About the Job:

The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance to the Sales VP and Sales Reps . They should be well-organized and be comfortable leading printing projects and responding to the customers on the executive’s behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the Sales VP with any necessary quote preparations.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers and to lead their printing projects within the organisation
  • Attending daily meetings with the teams involved
  • Prepare quotes, estimations and invoices
  • Ensuring the safe and timely order placed with suppliers and provide in all the time feedback to customers.
  • Keep a meticulous record of the printing projects.
  • Monitoring orders, costs, timelines, and productivity
  • Answering customer queries in a fast-paced environment
  • Following up with the customers during and after the delivery to gather feedback and suggestions.

Minimum Skills and competencies

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s education, training and work-related experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication English skills
  • Works independently with some supervision by Sales VP
  • Solid organizational, persuasion, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage confidentiality at all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Results oriented with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish working relationships with customers
  • Able to manage high number of requirements at a time
  • Able to work under pressure and after hours if necessary
  • Able to work as a team and maintain open communication
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Honesty and Accountability for mistakes.
  • Quickbooks experience is a plus

Work Details:

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 4pm – 1am CapeTown Time
  • Location: Fully remote on camera
  • Monthly Salary: 750 USD after 3 months 1000 USD
  • Type of contract: Contractor
