Admin clerk Job Vacancy at Mambos Castle Gate at Pretoria

Mambo’s Castle Gate is looking for a GRV / Admin Clerk to help keep our store running smoothly.

Your Role:

  • Receive and check incoming stock against delivery notes and invoices
  • Accurately capture Goods Received Vouchers (GRVs)
  • Barcode, label, and organise stock
  • Maintain accurate inventory records
  • Assist with stock takes and investigate discrepancies
  • General administrative support for stock control

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Grade 12 (Matric)
✔ Strong administrative and organisational skills
✔ Attention to detail and accuracy
✔ Computer literacy (Excel / stock systems advantageous)
✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
✔ Retail or stock control experience is a plus
