Job Description:
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Organize paperwork and maintain filing systems
- Perform general administrative support duties
- Compile and assist with monthly reporting
- Assisting Portfolio Managers (PM) and Portfolio Assistants (PA) with administration duties
- Arranging for Contractors to attend to quotes on site for PM’s and PA’s and following up for quotes
- Assisting with meeting planning for PM’s and PA’s
- Submitting Insurance Claims on behalf of PM’s and PA’s with relevant documentation needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or personal assistant role
- Previous experience in property management administration not required but is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
