JLM Property, a dynamic and growing property company, is looking for a skilled and reliable receptionist and administrator to join our team. If you’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Job Description:

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails
  • Organize paperwork and maintain filing systems
  • Perform general administrative support duties
  • Compile and assist with monthly reporting
  • Assisting Portfolio Managers (PM) and Portfolio Assistants (PA) with administration duties
  • Arranging for Contractors to attend to quotes on site for PM’s and PA’s and following up for quotes
  • Assisting with meeting planning for PM’s and PA’s
  • Submitting Insurance Claims on behalf of PM’s and PA’s with relevant documentation needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or personal assistant role
  • Previous experience in property management administration not required but is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
