We are hiring a Operations Support Specialist to support the core operational systems of our company. This role is designed for someone who is highly organised, technically capable, and comfortable working inside structured systems with precision and accountability.

The primary focus of this role is CRM management, Trello-based onboarding workflows, data entry and tracking, funnel support, and system troubleshooting. You will be responsible for ensuring that our internal systems are accurate, up to date, and functioning smoothly at all times.

You will work closely with our fulfillment and operations teams to support day-to-day execution and long-term scalability. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where attention to detail, reliability, and independent problem-solving are essential.

This role is not suitable for candidates who require constant direction. We are looking for someone who can understand SOPs quickly, execute consistently, identify issues early, and take ownership of their responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage client onboarding workflows using Trello
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and pipelines
  • Perform precise data entry and ongoing data tracking
  • Support funnels, automations, and tracking systems
  • Monitor system performance and identify errors or inconsistencies
  • Troubleshoot basic CRM, automation, and workflow issues
  • Follow SOPs strictly and maintain clean documentation
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams regarding system updates or issues
  • Ensure operational tasks are completed accurately and on schedule

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Demonstrated experience with CRMs, Trello, and operational systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and high standards for accuracy
  • Technically competent and confident learning new tools quickly
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Reliable, consistent, and professional approach to work
  • Comfortable operating in a high-performance, accountability-driven environment
  • Stable high-speed internet connection
  • Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) to ensure continuous availability
  • Reliable computer/laptop capable of running multiple software tools.
  • Must be available to work between 9am to 6pm EST

Preferred (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with funnels, automations, or workflow optimisation
  • Advanced Trello workspace and process design experience
  • Background in operations, onboarding, or systems support roles
  • Experience working with remote or international teams

Compensation & Schedule:

  • $500 USD per month
  • 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday available to work from 9am to 6pm EST
