This role forms part of our delivery model, where a Business Development Representative is embedded within a client environment while being supported by ZenithWise Partners’ sales frameworks, playbooks, and sales leadership.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive consistent, high-quality top-of-funnel activity across one of our client environments.
This is a hands-on, outcomes-driven role suited to someone with strong business development fundamentals who enjoys structured sales environments, clear expectations, and measurable impact.
The role is offered as a 6-month initial contract, with the intention of delivering defined outcomes and assessing longer-term opportunities based on performance and client needs. Strong performance during the contract period may lead to extended engagement or longer-term opportunities, depending on client needs and business growth.
What you’ll be doing
Lead generation & prospecting
- Proactively identify new business opportunities across relevant services
- Execute structured outbound prospecting via cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and targeted account-based engagement
- Map target accounts and identify key stakeholders
- Maintain a consistent flow of qualified opportunities aligned to monthly and quarterly pipeline targets
Qualifying prospects
- Engage prospects to understand their challenges, operational requirements, and potential need
- Qualify against the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), ensuring commercial and strategic fit
- Clearly articulate value and position long-term partnership benefits
Handover & CRM excellence
- Schedule high-quality initial meetings for Sales Executives with well-qualified prospects
- Ensure clean, professional handovers including full context on needs, pain points, and solution alignment
- Maintain excellent CRM hygiene (Pipedrive), logging activities, notes, and next steps accurately and in real time
Collaboration & improvement
- Follow defined sales campaigns and outreach sequences methodically
- Use performance data and feedback to continuously refine your approach
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership and client stakeholders
What you’ll bring
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development, lead generation, or inside sales
- Proven cold calling and objection-handling capability
- Comfort initiating and managing professional business conversations
- A consultative, solutions-oriented sales mindset
- Experience using a sales CRM (Pipedrive preferred) and tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and pride in accurate data capture
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a broader sales team

- Adherence to sales process and CRM hygiene standards
- Contribution to recurring revenue pipeline and KPI achievement
