This year-long programme offers unemployed South African youth and graduates between the ages of 18 and 35 a transformative opportunity to gain meaningful workplace experience across various departments within the company. Whether you are a matriculant seeking practical work experience or a graduate looking to enhance your professional skills and industry exposure, this programme provides a valuable platform for personal and career growth.

- Front Office & Customer Service: Answer and direct phone calls, greet clients and visitors, assist with office navigation, and provide excellent customer service.
- Administrative & Security Support: Perform data entry and filing, prepare meeting and training rooms, maintain visitor logs, and manage visitor badges to ensure workplace security.
- Records & Inventory Management: Maintain serial number databases, monitor employee time and attendance records, distribute cycle count sheets, and investigate discrepancies.

- HR Administration & Record Management: Maintain and update employee records, file HR documentation, conduct HR file audits, and support the digitalisation of HR processes.
- Payroll & Benefits Support: Assist with payroll-related data such as leave, absences, and bonuses, while supporting benefits administration and HR compliance activities.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Respond to employee queries, assist with disciplinary processes, draft notices and charge sheets, arrange hearings, take meeting minutes, and support employee engagement initiatives.

- Inventory & Stock Management: Receive, pick, pack, count, and verify stock inventory, including conducting cycle counts and capturing serial numbers accurately.
