Data Capturer Job Vacancy in Durban at International Facilities Services

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Capturing and maintaining SMC data within the Digital SMC (DSMC) system.
• Verifying and reconciling data between the DSMC and Excel SMC systems to ensure accuracy and alignment.
• Engaging with Production Managers to obtain, validate, and update operational data.
• Identifying, tracking, and escalating data variances for resolution.
• Preparing and maintaining DSMC reports, including forecasting and actual GP% reporting.
• Ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the implementation period.
• Assisting with the migration and transition from Excel-based SMCs to the DSMC platform.
• Providing administrative and data management support to the DSMC implementation team.
• Maintaining accurate records and supporting stakeholders with data-related queries.
• Performing any other reasonable duties required to support the successful implementation of the project.
