  • Provide clear, accurate responses to common enquiries (eligibility, courses, funding, timetables, documents, referral bonus, etc.).
  • Use persuasive communication to encourage callers to begin the enrolment process.
  • Capture accurate caller details and update CRM records consistently.
  • Escalate complex queries to Enrolment Officers when required.
  • Transition calls into eligibility checks and next-step actions smoothly.
  • Follow structured guidelines while adapting to each caller’s needs.
  • Handle objections calmly and reframe conversations toward available solutions.
  • Coordinate closely with the enrolment team to ensure a seamless student journey.

Candidate Profile

  • Must be based in the South Africa.
  • Excellent English communication skills (neutral or clear British-style accent preferred).
  • Prior experience in customer service, call centre, receptionist, or front desk roles.
  • Confident, empathetic, and persuasive phone manner.
  • Strong organisational and CRM/data entry skills.
  • Resilient and able to manage objections professionally.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home workspace.
  • Flexible and comfortable working evenings and weekends (UK hours).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: 25,000 ZAR per month (depending on experience)
  • Performance Bonus: Quality and enrolment-linked incentives
  • Paid training & structured onboarding
  • Remote-first role with stable, long-term growth opportunities
