As an Supplied Image Sourcing Agent at Bash you will make sure products have imagery before going online. It identifies missing images, logs them, chases suppliers, and verifies samples to prevent duplicate work.
This is the early warning system for the sourcing pipeline. If an image is missing, this role finds it first. If a supplier needs chasing, this role starts the conversation. If a sample arrives that’s already been sourced, this role catches it.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Monitor pipeline tools for missing SKU imagery across assigned categories.
- Log, prioritise, and trigger sourcing of image gaps.
- Email suppliers on outstanding imagery and manage follow-up.
- Track supplier response times and flag non-compliance.
- Verify samples to prevent duplicate shoots.
- Coordinate with studio teams on sample status.
- Maintain accurate records in pipeline tools and trackers.
- Assist with imagery availability reporting.
- Support pipeline coverage across categories when needed.
- Participate in process improvement within the pod.
