About the Role

A high-volume outbound telesales role focused on cold calling, rapid qualification, and booking high-quality discovery calls for senior colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build target lists by sector, size and persona.
  • High-volume cold calling to open conversations and book meetings.
  • Follow structured phone + email cadences with basic personalisation.
  • Qualify leads (need, authority, timing, fit) and hand over cleanly.
  • Confirm meeting logistics and complete pre-call briefs.
  • Log all calls, notes, and data accurately in Salesforce.
  • Nurture older leads and reactivate prospects.
  • Participate in weekly coaching and product training.

Key Requirements

Essential:

  • 1–3 years telesales/SDR/outbound call centre experience.
  • Confident on the phone with clear communication.
  • Resilient and target-driven.
  • Competent Salesforce user.
  • Remote-ready setup and ability to work UK hours.

Desirable:

  • Experience booking meetings in professional services or financial advisory.
  • Familiarity with Sales Navigator, dialers, sequencing tools.
  • Interest in learning basic R&D tax/grants knowledge.
