About the Role
A high-volume outbound telesales role focused on cold calling, rapid qualification, and booking high-quality discovery calls for senior colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Build target lists by sector, size and persona.
- High-volume cold calling to open conversations and book meetings.
- Follow structured phone + email cadences with basic personalisation.
- Qualify leads (need, authority, timing, fit) and hand over cleanly.
- Confirm meeting logistics and complete pre-call briefs.
- Log all calls, notes, and data accurately in Salesforce.
- Nurture older leads and reactivate prospects.
- Participate in weekly coaching and product training.
Key Requirements
Essential:
- 1–3 years telesales/SDR/outbound call centre experience.
- Confident on the phone with clear communication.
- Resilient and target-driven.
- Competent Salesforce user.
- Remote-ready setup and ability to work UK hours.
Desirable:
- Experience booking meetings in professional services or financial advisory.
- Familiarity with Sales Navigator, dialers, sequencing tools.
- Interest in learning basic R&D tax/grants knowledge.
