Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • SAPS clearance
  • Applicable administration experience
  • Excellent written & verbal skills in English and Afrikaans
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Access
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
  • Good people skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administrative tasks
  • Data capturing (Excel & Access)
  • Scheduling meetings, compiling agendas & minute keeping
  • Filing all documentation
  • Receiving cash
