Sales Development Representative for 5CA | Remote SA

About the job

This role will be primarily focused around performing outreach through emails, calls, and social selling to qualify prospective customers.

Be part of a team that identifies new prospects, develops outreach sequences to connect with relevant stakeholders, monitors and optimizes sales funnel conversion, and qualifies the lead.

This role is one of the first touchpoints for prospects and has the opportunity to set the tone for 5CA and the sales cycle that follows.

Responsibilities

  • Identify companies that fit with 5CA brand, find the relevant stakeholders and reach out to them according to customer outreach sequences
  • Manage incoming website leads
  • Measure sales funnel conversions and improve the effectiveness of the outreach
  • Expand network on LinkedIn, within 5CA strategy verticals
  • Reach out to companies (with landing page, video or other way of approach) to set up meetings and create leads and opportunities
  • Qualify potential prospects
    • Set-up & conduct the qualification calls
    • Include 5CA stakeholders where needed
    • Qualify/Disqualify the opportunity within the process
    • Hand-over the lead to sales manager Stay involved if needed until closing of the deal
  • Nurture existing accounts utilizing Sales Marketing platforms and Linkedin.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of all interactions with leads in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This includes updating contact information, tracking communication history, and documenting lead status. Analyze the relevance of the database by measuring success rates according to industries, sectors, functions etc.Help create email marketing campaigns that support the sales development process.
  • Generate and share regular reports on key performance metrics, such as the number of calls made, emails sent, qualified leads, and conversion rates.

About You

  • You are located in the EMEA region.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Commercial or B2B salels roles.
  • Experience in Gaming or Scaleup companies is considered a plus.
  • Outstanding communication skills in English (written, verbal, presentation), other European language is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting leads and identifying new opportunities.
  • Strong teamwork spirit and customer service skills.
  • Reliable and detail-oriented, strong time-management skills.
  • A degree in Commercial, Business and similar study is a plus.
