Minimum Requirements:
- Matric

- Able to complete forms related to own working area.
- Can complete administrative procedures with necessary direction and systems at disposal

- Understands administrative procedures in own department.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of customer service and attend to all customer queries promptly
- Issue a contract for each hire
- Complete contract in full including customer details, order number etc
- Ensure vehicles are prepared in advance to hire
- Ensure vehicle leaves yard within 15 minutes of order being received
- Ensure vehicles are delivered/collected on time
- Ensure collection slips are completed and attached to contract for invoicing purposes
- Open and close contracts daily
- Liaise with debtors on authorisation codes and arranging account numbers
- Arrange sub-accounts for branches
- Manage and maintain all reports/schedules
- Maintain professional conduct
- Assist in relevant operations/operational functions as required
