We are looking to hire a detail-oriented Operations & Administrative Support Analyst to join a fast-paced, collaborative team. This role sits at the heart of the business and supports data accuracy, research initiatives, and senior stakeholders across the organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is highly organised, comfortable working with data, and keen to develop commercial and market-facing skills. This is an initial 3 month contract, with potential to extend.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the team with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
  • Maintaining, updating, and refreshing internal databases to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Assisting with market-mapping and research projects, including data collection and organisation
  • Preparing reports, trackers, and documentation to support business and research activity
  • Providing administrative support to senior management, including scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups
  • Identifying data gaps or inconsistencies and proactively suggesting improvements to processes
  • Working closely with colleagues across teams to support broader business initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and databases (Excel proficiency essential)
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn new systems and processes
  • Prior experience in data entry, administration, research support, or operations is beneficial but not essential
