Position Overview
TVL Training is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Data Capturer to accurately capture, maintain, and manage learner, training, and compliance data. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring data integrity and supporting operational and reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture learner and training data accurately and timeously
- Verify data for completeness and correctness
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Update internal databases and spreadsheets
- Assist with reporting and audits when required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and POPIA requirements
- Communicate with internal departments to resolve data discrepancies
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) – essential
- Proven data capturing or administrative experience
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Good communication and organisational skills
Added Advantage
- Experience in a training, SETA, or skills development environment
- Knowledge of learner management systems (LMS)
- Understanding of compliance and audit processes
