Spoken and written English need to be C1/C2 level (C2 preferred). We are looking for someone who is disciplined, ready to grind and hungry to get after it day after day. First and foremost we are looking for a Sales Closer who can take inbound meeting from our marketing efforts, have discovery calls with these prospects, and follow up with them until close. Secondary, if you are looking to fill up your calendar further, you are not afraid of outbound B2b cold calling. This includes making lists, scrubbing them for compliance, and calling through GoHighLevel.

We’re looking for a Sales Executive who’s available during EST hours and knows how to show up, make cold calls, book meetings, follow through, and close deals on video discovery calls with prospects. As a Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for selling our B2B recruitment service to our prospective small business clients. In this role, you’ll take charge of your own pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Handle all booked discovery calls. Answer prospect questions and demonstrate our service
  • Become an expert on our service/the benefits of different regions of the world when it comes to remote work
  • Show up to 100% of internal and external meetings early or on time, every time
  • Quick to respond to internal team members and external prospects
  • Make B2B prospect lists
  • Cold call your prospect lists within GHL
  • Move all prospects to the proper stage of the pipeline via GoHighLevel CRM throughout the day
  • Maintain a clear, up to date and accurate pipeline in our CRM
  • Follow up diligently and consistently with potential clients over extended periods
  • Document all interactions with all prospects and clients in the ā€œnotesā€ section of CRM. Also set tasks
  • Educate prospects on our service from an expert perspective
  • Allow the Manager to shadow calls and give feedback
  • Available M-F from 8 am-5 pm EST local time to prep, take calls and make cold calls if you want additional meetings
  • Use both internal and external resources to maintain up-to-date knowledge of global talent pros/cons
  • Collaborate with the team to formulate ideas on how to best serve our clients
  • Be mindful of any emerging patterns of negative feedback from clients and report to the Manager
  • Collaborate with team to ensure smooth client handoffs from sales to recruiting and beyond

Results:

  • All prospects are properly moved in GHL CRM and information is documented on client details so service staff has proper expectations by EOD
  • When closing, a close rate of 20-35% of Video Call Show Ups received per month is maintained
  • All qualified prospects are consistently followed up with indefinitely
  • All sales stats are updated M-F by 7 pm EST
  • There is an effective line of communication among the team in which all necessary information is communicated promptly and passed to service team
  • Sales Rep remains well-versed in the latest service offerings through continued education/training
  • All internal communication cycles are properly followed

Requirements:

  • C1/C2 level English (required)
  • EXCITED, ready to learn and put in the work (required)
  • 1+ years experience using GoHighLevel or CRMs (highly preferred)
  • Closer experience (highly preferred)
  • Cold calling experience (highly preferred)
  • High volume transactional sales experience (Nice to have)
  • Excellent communicator over the phone / video calls and a professional work environment
  • 1+ years experience with business to business (B2B) (Nice to have)
  • Must be great at presenting
  • Are routine driven, competitive and quick to think on the fly
  • A+ Communicator
  • Open to growing rapidly
  • Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time
  • Well-organized and able to maintain a pipeline that can be observed and understood by the Manager
