About the Role

At BB1, we don’t just deliver projects — we deliver solutions that make a real impact. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Administrator Intern to join our Global Services team, supporting Project Managers in delivering successful NetSuite ERP implementations.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, eager to learn, and excited about how technology and project delivery come together. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where growth, innovation, and teamwork are at the core of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities:

The main functions of the role include but will not be limited to:

  • Support Project Managers with the coordination and administration of ERP implementation projects
  • Assist in maintaining project plans, timelines, and documentation
  • Track project progress and help ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Assist with project reporting and status updates
  • Help manage project documentation and ensure information is accurate and up to date
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth project delivery
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team

Essential Skills:

  • A recent graduate or student in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accountability
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Basic proficiency in google workspace (especially sheets, Doc, and Slides)
  • Organised (capable of organising various tasks to deliver them on deadline)
  • Proactive, can-do attitude
  • Team player (realises the impact they have on other people’s work and contribute towards team success)
  • Good communication skills – able to successfully interact with different departments and colleagues
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable (Advantageous)

  • Exposure to project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
  • Basic understanding of ERP systems
  • Previous internship, academic project, or coursework related to project coordination or business systems
  • Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar)
  • Interest in technology, systems implementation, or consulting environments
