Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, contact, and recruit participants for key informant interviews and discrete choice experiments.
• Coordinate scheduling and communication with participants, ensuring clarity about study procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment and follow-up activities.
• Support adherence to ethical protocols and study guidelines.
• Assist with participant follow-up and engagement to maximize response rates.

Requirements

• Experience in community engagement, participant recruitment, or research coordination.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently across multiple sites.

Desirable:

• Familiarity with healthcare or community-based research settings.
• Experience supporting qualitative or survey-based studies.
