Participant Recruiter Wanted in Johannesburg at The Aurum Institute
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, contact, and recruit participants for key informant interviews and discrete choice experiments.
- Coordinate scheduling and communication with participants, ensuring clarity about study procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment and follow-up activities.
- Support adherence to ethical protocols and study guidelines.
- Assist with participant follow-up and engagement to maximize response rates.
Requirements
- Experience in community engagement, participant recruitment, or research coordination.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently across multiple sites.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with healthcare or community-based research settings.
- Experience supporting qualitative or survey-based studies.
