Required:
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Knowledge of food preparation and hygiene standards
- Effective inventory management and procurement
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
Duties include:
- Management of daily sales and cash handling
- Food preparation according to health standards
- Stock management and placing orders
- Excellent customer service for learners and staff
- Coordination of schedules and supervision of staff/volunteers
- Menu development
