Nestify is Hiring a Remote Call Center Operator in South Africa

This is a full-time remote role for a Call Center Operator. The Call Center Operator will be responsible for making outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and handling issues efficiently. Daily tasks also include maintaining records of customer interactions and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

• Experience in Contact Centers
• Ability to work independently and remotely (Own computer and Internet Connection)
• Proven ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
