We are seeking a talented and creative_ Email Marketing Expert and Newsletter Writer_ to join our growing real estate tech company! (Fully Remote Role)

The ideal candidate will be a passionate and strategic communicator with a strong understanding of email marketing best practices. You will be responsible for crafting compelling email content that drives engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an email marketing strategy:
  • Identify target audiences and segment email lists for personalized campaigns.
  • Craft compelling subject lines and pre-header text to boost open rates.
  • Design and build engaging email templates that are mobile-friendly.
  • Content creation:
  • Write clear, concise, and persuasive newsletters, promotions, and welcome sequences.
  • Tailor content to specific audiences and segments.
  • Maintain brand voice and messaging consistency across all communications.
  • Optimization and analysis:
  • A/B test different email elements to optimize performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Analyze results and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with designers to ensure email templates are visually appealing and on-brand.
  • Additional responsibilities may include:
  • Managing email marketing platforms and tools.
  • Growing and maintaining the email subscriber list.
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest email marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and principles.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging newsletters.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) is a plus.
  • Experience with A/B testing and email analytics is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Passion for email marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
