Opportunity:

As a  Sales Operations Specialist  you will support the sales team by optimizing sales processes and systems. Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, managing CRM systems, providing sales training, implementing sales technology, and collaborating with other departments. The role focuses on enhancing sales efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with company objectives.

What you will be working on:

  • Sales process optimization: Analyzing and improving sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • CRM management: Managing and optimizing the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date sales data.
  • Sales training and enablement: Providing training and support to sales teams to enhance their performance.
  • Sales technology implementation: Evaluating, selecting, and implementing sales technology tools to support sales operations.
  • Sales compensation management: Designing and managing sales compensation plans to motivate and incentivize sales teams.
  • Sales strategy alignment: Aligning sales operations with overall business objectives and sales strategies.

What we are looking for:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a B2B SaaS company managing a GTM/Sales Operations.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot is mandatory.
