About the Role

We are seeking confident, persuasive, and target-driven cold callers to join our team for a short-term outreach project. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential Australian -based clients over the phone, introduce our products/services, and generate qualified leads for our sales team.

⚠ Important: This role requires a clear accent to ensure familiarity and trust with our Australian audience. Candidates without a British or American accent will not be considered.

This is a remote position open to international applicants, but you must be able to work during Australian business hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to Australian prospects from a provided list.
  • Introduce and promote our products/services in a professional manner.
  • Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria and pass them to the sales team.
  • Update the CRM system with call outcomes and maintain accurate records.
  • Consistently meet daily/weekly targets for calls and lead generation.
  • Follow scripts while adapting to real-time conversations.
  • Handle objections confidently and keep calls engaging.

Requirements

  • Clear, natural British or American accent – this is essential.
  • Prior cold calling, telesales, or telemarketing experience.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Confident, professional phone manner.
  • Reliable internet connection, computer, and headset for remote work.
  • Ability to work during Australian business hours .
  • Highly self-motivated and results-driven.
