Office Admin Intern / Tender Administrator Intern post at Graecor Agencies cc – Pinetown, KZN
- A well-established company is looking for a Tender Administrator Intern with the following requirements:
- Must have 0-2 years’ experience in the tendering field. Fluent in English. Good communication and writing skills. Computer literate. Experience in creating quotations. Some admin and Tender admin experience.
To be trained in the following:
General office administration duties.
- Compilation and submission of Tenders. Tender responses in respect of tender issued by public & private sectors.
- Monitoring of new tender adverts. Ad-hoc updates to tender library. Formatting of tender response documents according to style guide evaluation criteria.
- Arranging timeous submission of tender responses. Stays abreast of any communication changes in contractual requirements: i.e. Addendums. Organize documentary evidence and synthesize data to prepare bids for tender and make sure it’s approved on time.
- Contribution to designing a competitive proposal, that wins the tender that will be profitable for the organisation.
- Ensures the completeness and accuracy of contracts, including monitoring all related liabilities and third-party contracts.
- Ensure that bid documents are aligned with Organisational requirements.
- Pay attention to detail. Adherence to strict tender deadlines. Maintain copies of all submitted documents.
