About the Role
We are excited to launch the next intake of our successful Graduate Program. We are looking for high-standard, analytical thinkers with a positive attitude, ready to kick-start their careers in digital marketing.
- 6 month Graduate programme with full-time position on offer on pass of probation
- Structured Training Programme:
- Month 1: Induction & Learning (videos, presentations, on-demand)
- Month 2 – 5: Four week team rotation
- Month 6: Team Placement & Immercement
- Content: Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, SEO, Analytics, Soft-Skills and more…
- Exposure to senior staff from early on
- Allocated buddy from previous grad round to assist and guide you

Role Requirements
- A recent Bachelor’s degree from a South African, internationally recognised University
- Ability to adapt to on-the-go training
- An interest in data, analytics and digital marketing
- Interest or happy to work in client facing role
- Exposure to previously working remotely (preferred but not required)
- Happy to work across any client industry (iGaming (e.g. Gambling), beauty, finance etc.)
