We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced administrative assistant to join our team. The Administrative assistant’s duties involve performing a variety of administrative clerical tasks and supporting activities to enable the management of the firms’ day-to-day business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to telephone calls and enquiries courteously.
  • General filing and administrative support for the Manager and Directors.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, record keeping, and sending letters.
  • Maintain the asset register.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources Department.
  • Manage employee files and contracts – compile and update employee records.
  • Attend to resource requests from offices.
  • Oversee the cleaning staff.
  • Manage IT-related queries, including receiving and processing IT support requests until resolution.
  • Coordinate maintenance queries – manage and prioritise maintenance requests, schedule repairs, and ensure efficient communication between stakeholders.
  • Coordinate internal communication.
