Administrative assistant Wanted in Rustenburg at MW Attorneys
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced administrative assistant to join our team. The Administrative assistant’s duties involve performing a variety of administrative clerical tasks and supporting activities to enable the management of the firms’ day-to-day business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to telephone calls and enquiries courteously.
- General filing and administrative support for the Manager and Directors.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, record keeping, and sending letters.
- Maintain the asset register.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources Department.
- Manage employee files and contracts – compile and update employee records.
- Attend to resource requests from offices.
- Oversee the cleaning staff.
- Manage IT-related queries, including receiving and processing IT support requests until resolution.
- Coordinate maintenance queries – manage and prioritise maintenance requests, schedule repairs, and ensure efficient communication between stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal communication.
