We’re looking for an organised, sharp Recruitment Administrator who excels at sourcing!

This is not a full-cycle (360) recruiter role. Your focus will be on two key areas: keeping our hiring process smooth and finding great passive candidates.

What You’ll Do:

  • Strategic Sourcing: Utilise expert Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and creative channels to identify and engage passive candidates across niche tech roles.
  • Pipeline Building: Build and nurture deep, diverse talent pools for current and future openings.
  • Candidate Hand-off & Conversion: Conduct screening, confirm qualifications, and drive candidates to formally apply using a unique, provided tracking link. Following application submission, you are responsible for immediately logging the candidate’s name in the designated tracker before officially handing off the warm lead to the Recruiter.
  • Market Intelligence: Track competitor and market activity to inform our overall talent acquisition strategy.
  • Automations: Creating automations through our CRM/Tracking Tool.

Requirements

We’re looking for individuals with the potential and the drive to excel, not necessarily years of experience. If you are a recent graduate or early in your career and possess the following, we encourage you to apply:

  • No Prior Experience Required: This is an entry-level position! Your willingness to learn and grow is what matters most.
  • A Natural Investigator: You are curious, love solving puzzles, and have a knack for finding information online.
  • Experience with advanced search techniques (like Boolean logic) or platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter is a bonus.
  • World-Class Organisation: You have exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail. You are the kind of person who keeps impeccable notes and loves/can follow a structured process.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to professionally and engagingly interact with candidates and internal team members.
