The Role Overview

This role exists to support and improve daily operational execution across multiple brands so that workflows stay organized, marketing execution stays fast, and leadership is not pulled into operational cleanup.

You will coordinate systems, maintain reporting accuracy, manage creative workflows, support ad operations, and help ensure the business operates smoothly day-to-day.

You are not here to “assist” passively.

You are here to execute reliably, identify inefficiencies, and help keep the business moving forward.

Responsibilities (Outcome-Based)

You will be accountable for:

  • Managing recurring operational workflows across multiple brands with high reliability
  • Organizing and maintaining Google Drive systems, trackers, documentation, and internal resources
  • Uploading and managing ad creatives inside Meta Ads Manager accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining KPI trackers, operational dashboards, and reporting systems in Google Sheets
  • Supporting workflow coordination and task execution inside ClickUp
  • Coordinating creative assets, ad copy, and marketing resources for launches and campaigns
  • Monitoring operational issues and proactively identifying workflow improvements
  • Supporting customer experience monitoring and review management
  • Assisting with competitor research, compliance monitoring, and campaign preparation
  • Organizing swipe files, creative references, and operational resources for faster execution

This is ownership of execution—not waiting for instructions.

Required Experience

This role requires strong independent execution, adaptability, and operational reliability.

You should have:

  • Experience supporting operations, marketing coordination, project management, or e-commerce workflows
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Experience managing spreadsheets, trackers, and operational systems
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and digital marketing workflows
  • Confidence working independently in fast-moving environments
  • Strong written communication and task management habits
  • Comfort handling shifting priorities without losing execution quality
  • Basic familiarity with creative workflows, marketing assets, and AI tools

Bonus points if you have:

  • DTC e-commerce experience
  • Shopify experience
  • Experience supporting media buying or creative operations
  • Experience using AI creative tools or basic editing software

Tools / Environment
