DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Appointment Scheduling: Handle call volumes to and from New Leads, converting at calls into scheduled appointments, and showcasing your ability to drive both customer satisfaction and wellness success, using empathy and scripting.
- Acquisition Lead Generation: Beyond service, you’ll actively generate and qualify leads, turning new inquiries into growth opportunities that align with our goals and enhance the patient experience.
- Appointment Tracking: Ensure every appointment is scheduled with precision and that all patient information is meticulously updated. Your attention to detail will guarantee a seamless, efficient process that enhances the patient experience and supports team collaboration.
- Lead Engagement: Use your expertise in overcoming objections, providing product knowledge, and confidently promoting NIVA Health services, all while staying focused on patient needs and goals.
- KPI Performance: Consistently meet or surpass ACHIEVABLE sales targets and performance goals, all while upholding exceptional customer service standards, ensuring that every patient interaction is positive. Oh, and did we mention there’s a weekly Bonus?
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with your team to achieve shared objectives, continuously honing your skills in both sales and service through ongoing training and teamwork, all while growing alongside a group of like-minded professionals.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong Communication Skills: Naturally skilled in engaging with patients, you can communicate with empathy and understanding, ensuring each conversation is meaningful. You’ll also need strong verbal articulation skills, particularly when discussing the benefits of NIVA Health’s services and vitamins, overcoming objections, and building trust.
- Patient Acquisition and Engagement: Proven experience in both generating growth and customer service, particularly in appointment scheduling and lead turn over, is highly valuable. - Dual Mindset: A key to success in this role is the ability to effortlessly combine providing a world-class customer service experience with a results-oriented strategy focused on booking high-quality new patient appointments. - Multitasking & Organizational Skills: This role requires constant communication with patients via text or auto dialer, all while staying organized and focused on both service and appointment setting goals. You’ll also be entrusted with sensitive patient information and details. This takes care and precision, ensuring both the patient experience and data security are prioritized.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
