We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Conversion Sales Agent who’s ready to do more than just scan LinkedIn. You’ll uncover hidden talent, build outstanding sourcing pipelines, and turn data-driven insights into high-quality hires — all while keeping speed, precision, and candidate experience at the core.

Tasks:

• Proactively initiate contact with new leads via phone.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to convert them into active traders.
• Identify client needs and provide guidance throughout the account setup and onboarding process.
• Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all client interactions using CRM tools.
• Deliver clear, comprehensive financial and product information to clients.
• Collaborate closely with retention teams to ensure aligned and effective conversion strategies.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English (proficiency in additional languages will be considered an advantage.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in forex or related industries (e.g., iGaming).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting daily productivity targets (minimum 30 qualifying calls per day).
• Ability to build rapport quickly with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Knowledge of trading platforms or financial markets is considered an asset.
• Availability to work full-time.
