Delivery Manager (Lead Generation Agency)

  • Location: South Africa (Remote)
  • Salary: R25,000 – R30,000 + Performance Incentives

We’re hiring a high-level operator to run delivery inside a fast-growing lead generation agency.

We specialize in high-performance Facebook Ads systems that generate consistent, qualified leads for our clients. Now we’re looking for someone to take ownership of the entire delivery engine.

This is not an entry-level role.

We’re looking for someone who can own outcomes, manage people, and maintain elite standards.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

You will be managing the full client delivery system, including:

  • -Campaign execution & performance (Facebook Ads)
  • -Client strategy & communication
  • -Internal systems & workflows
  • -Quality control across all deliverables

You will also lead and manage a cross-functional team consisting of:

  • -Paid Media Buyers
  • -Graphic Designers
  • -Client Success Managers

Your role is to ensure everything runs smoothly, performs well, and meets a high standard.

  • -Campaigns are delivered on time and performing at a high level
  • -Clients are confident, clear, and aligned with strategy
  • -The team is accountable, efficient, and producing quality work
  • -Systems are optimized and continuously improving

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

  • -Managing day-to-day delivery across multiple client accounts
  • -Consulting with clients on strategy and direction
  • -Reviewing campaigns, creatives, and funnels for quality
  • -Leading team meetings and holding team members accountable
  • -Identifying problems early and solving them fast
  • -Driving performance and hitting client targets

What We’re Looking For

  • -Strong experience with Facebook Ads / lead generation systems
  • -Experience managing people or leading a team
  • -Ability to think strategically AND execute operationally
  • -Confident communicator (internally and with clients)
  • -Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • -Someone who takes ownership — not someone who needs to be managed
  • -Someone who is bilingual in Afrikaans and English.

  • -Agency experience
  • -Funnel and CRM knowledge
  • -Strong understanding of performance metrics and reporting
