Job Description:
As the Personal Assistant you will play a critical role in supporting our executive and ensuring the smooth operation of the administrative functions. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks that require discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- – Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- – Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- – Coordinate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- – Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- – Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives.
- – Assist with special projects and provide administrative support as needed.
- – Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a well-organized workspace.
- – Prepare expense reports and manage budgets for executive activities.
Requirements:
- – Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- – Relevant Degree in Business Administration or similar
- – Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- – Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- – Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- – High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- – Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- – Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- – Relevant Qualification ie. Administrative Assistant qualification etc.
