Intern Administrator for Host Agents | onsite CT (paying R7500p/m)

We are an established short-term rental agency based in Bloubergstrand. Our proactive and dynamic team manages a growing portfolio of short-term holiday rentals. As we expand our property portfolio, we are seeking a motivated and computer-literate individual to join our team as an Intern Administrator for a 6-month contract.

As an Intern Administrator, you will be an integral part of our team, providing support in various administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in a professional environment.

Duties include:

  • Assist with general administrative tasks
  • Provide support to different departments as needed
  • Respond to emails and phone calls in a professional manner
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating events or meetings
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must fluently speak English
  • Live within a 20km radius of Bloubergstrand
  • High school diploma or equivalent, additional education or relevant certification is a plus.

Salary: R7500
