Customer Service Representative for Office Beacon South Africa | Remote

We are actively seeking bilingual Customer Service Representatives. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or social media.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Assist customers in navigating through the company’s website or online platforms.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve effective problem resolution.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
  • Update customer accounts with relevant information and transaction details.
  • Stay informed about the company’s products, services, and promotions.
  • Provide product recommendations and information to customers.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, colleagues, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to log information.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find satisfactory solutions.
  • Share insights and feedback from customer interactions to contribute to continuous improvement. Adapt to changes in company policies, procedures, and products.
  • Embrace a flexible approach to handle diverse customer situations.
  • Meet or exceed established performance metrics, such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements :

  • ● Must be fluent in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
  • ● High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
  • ● Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • ● Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • ● Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • ● Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.

Our working hours are aligned with the US time zone, with potential shifts ranging from 3 pm to 12 am, 5 pm to 3 am, and/or 7 pm to 4 am South African time (SAST). If you’re a dedicated professional who excels at building client relationships and driving results, we invite you to join our team.
