About the role:

This is a remote, full time or part time, work-from-home position, with flexible hours, working for We Are Working, Inc, a U.S. based, global company (an ‘Achieve’ affiliated company). Compensation is up to $25/hr (base + commissions). As a customer service representative at We Are Working, you would help us locate and support individuals that have been injured, or the families of individuals killed, while working for U.S. companies operating in military or conflict zones such as Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Ukraine, Nepal, and Philippines (or any country where the U.S. is involved). Your job would be to, at no cost to the client, help these injured people navigate the process of securing compensation for their injuries from U.S. based Insurance companies.

Requirements

Responsibilities include:

• Helping engage with and support civilians or military personnel affected by injuries or loss.
• Assist in locating eligible individuals and families for support with collecting compensation.
• Educate clients on their rights and guide them through the claims process.
