IMS South Africa is looking for an organized, creative and detail-oriented Marketing / HR Assistant to join our team in Brackenfell. The role combines digital marketing, project support, event coordination and general HR administration within a manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities include:
• Creating and scheduling content for LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
• Capturing content in the factory, office and stores
• Supporting Project Managers with presentations, store plans and project updates
• Coordinating internal marketing, team-building activities and IMS branding
• Planning staff, client and promotional events
• Liaising with suppliers regarding catering, décor and marketing material
• Providing general HR administration support
Minimum requirements:
• Matric / Grade 12
• Experience in marketing, social media or HR administration
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Canva and social media platforms
• Excellent communication and organizational skills (English and Afrikaans)
• Event-planning experience will be advantageous
• A valid driver’s license and own transport are preferred
