Location: Hybrid (office-based on designated days, remote on scheduled days)

NetVendor is expanding our Help Desk team and is looking for a detail-driven, customer-focused Help Desk Administrator to join our inbound support environment.

This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, works accurately, and is confident resolving customer issues end to end in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls and emails professionally
  • Log, track, and resolve support queries end to end
  • Capture and transfer customer details, meter numbers, and system information accurately
  • Prioritise tickets based on urgency and impact
  • Escalate issues appropriately when required
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams
  • Maintain service standards and follow established processes
  • Work overtime, weekends, and month-end shifts as per roster

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in an inbound help desk / support environment
  • Strong computer and system skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Willingness to work overtime and flexible hours
  • Able to work in a hybrid setup, including office attendance on designated days
  • Access to a quiet home workspace for scheduled remote days

Remuneration

This role offers a basic monthly salary, with additional earning potential through overtime and allowances.
