Our Customer & Sales Support role is at the heart of every successful branch—creating exceptional customer experiences, enabling our sales team to focus on building relationships, and helping the branch achieve its growth goals.
We’re looking for an organised, customer-focused individual who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and supporting a high-performing team. This role combines customer service, sales support and branch administration to ensure our customers receive prompt, professional service while enabling our sales team to spend more time building relationships and growing business.
How You’ll Contribute
- Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, delivering friendly and professional service.
- Prepare customer quotations, process sales orders and invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Support the sales process through effective follow-up and coordination.
- Build strong working relationships with customers, colleagues and suppliers.
- Provide branch administrative support, including petty cash, daily banking and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Work closely with the sales and warehouse teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and contribute to branch success.
What Will Help You Succeed
- A genuine passion for serving customers and helping others succeed.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communication and relationship-building skills.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service, internal sales or administration will be advantageous.
- A valid Code 8 driver’s licence.
