Club Feast is Hiring a Restaurant Onboarding Representative To Work Remotely in South Africa

Club Feast is a fast-growing startup redefining the food delivery space while championing local and minority-owned restaurants. We help restaurants expand their reach and grow their business through our corporate catering and meal delivery solutions. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to identify, connect, and onboard new restaurant partners in the cities where we operate and as we expand.

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) – Restaurant Onboarding, you’ll be responsible for identifying and acquiring new restaurant partners through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and relationship-building. You will be at the forefront of expanding our restaurant network, helping them tap into new revenue streams by partnering with Club Feast.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect & Outreach: Identify and connect with potential restaurant partners through cold calling, emailing, and other outreach strategies.
  • Sales Pitch: Clearly communicate the benefits of partnering with Club Feast to restaurant owners and decision-makers.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess restaurant fit based on cuisine type, location, and business needs.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong pipeline of restaurant prospects and track progress in our CRM (HubSpot).
  • Relationship Building: Establish trust with restaurant owners by understanding their pain points and demonstrating how Club Feast can drive more revenue for them.
  • Market Expansion: Support expansion efforts by identifying and securing new restaurant partners in existing and new markets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the onboarding and operations teams to ensure a seamless transition for new restaurant partners.

Requirements:

  • Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years of cold calling experience and a proven track record in business development, lead generation, or inside sales.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in restaurant sales, food delivery, or hospitality is a strong plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Persistence & Resilience: Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and handling objections effectively.
  • Tech Savvy: Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and ability to work with digital sales tools.
  • Remote Work: Ability to work independently in a fully remote role while adhering to US business hours.
