Apple Store South Africa is Hiring a Warehouse Administrator in Johannesburg
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our PLG (Previously Loved Goods) Warehouse team in Jet Park.
The successful candidate will be responsible for inventory administration, trade-in processing, stock movements, order fulfilment, customer query resolution, and maintaining accurate warehouse records to ensure smooth operational flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track store trade-ins and stock transfers.
- Manage online trade-in administration, assessments, customer feedback and returns.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and inventory queries.
- Process RTVs, stock movements and inventory corrections.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and system updates.
- Process and respond to customer, store and internal queries within agreed service levels.
- Pick, pack, invoice and dispatch online and store orders.
- Assist with stock tracing, reconciliations and reporting.
- Ensure all warehouse administration activities are completed accurately and timeously.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a warehouse administration, logistics, inventory control or stock management environment.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Experience working with inventory management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
