What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be right at the heart of the action—supporting accounts, building buzz, and delivering standout campaigns:

  • Build and nurture strong media relationships that get clients noticed
  • Craft compelling pitches and engaging content that cuts through the noise
  • Support the team on multiple client accounts with confidence, delivering campaigns on time and on point
  • Assist in turn client briefs into smart, creative PR strategies alongside the team
  • Deliver exceptional admin tasks, with high levels of attention to detail
  • Stay ahead of trends and spot opportunities proactively
  • Bring fresh ideas and bold thinking to the team  

Media, Reporting & Administrative Support:

  • Track media opportunities, alerts, and features; source briefs, deadlines, and keep the team updated
  • Monitor and secure media coverage, ensuring accurate tracking and same-day client sharing
  • Maintain awareness of media, influencer, and industry activity; flag opportunities and risks
  • Compile weekly “Top Reads” and support ongoing media and influencer database updates
  • Prepare and manage client communications including weekly updates, monthly reports, and meeting materials
  • Ensure client documents, timelines, and reports are accurate & up to date
  • Support research, competitive analysis, and campaign planning
  • Coordinate diaries as required
  • Monitor client news and potential crises
  • Manage key internal processes to ensure timely and accurate client delivery
  • Support the team in securing media opportunities, drafting motivations, and executing PR activities
  • Maintain strong organisation, filing, and adherence to internal processes

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of PR experience (agency or in-house)
  • A proven track record of strong administrative capability & willingness to learn
  • The ability to juggle deadlines without dropping the ball
  • Strong ability to handle pressure and deliver results
  • Excellent organisation and multitasking abilities
  • Top-notch communication skills (written and verbal)
  • A creative, strategic mindset with a nose for opportunity
  • Confidence working in a remote setup
  • A relevant PR qualification (or equivalent experience)
  • Reliability, integrity, and a team-first attitude
