We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeping/Operations Manager to oversee our financial operations and contribute to the efficient running of our business. In this role, you will manage the company’s financial records, oversee daily operations, and work closely with leadership to ensure financial health and operational efficiency. You will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and providing insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Salary: $1,000 USD Per Month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare financial statements, budgets, and reports for review by the executive team.
  • Oversee and manage cash flow, financial planning, and forecasting to ensure optimal financial health.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with leadership to set financial goals and strategies for the company.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to company standards.
  • Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist with vendor management, purchasing, and inventory control.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth.
  • Attend regular meetings with leadership to discuss financial performance and operational improvements.
  • Assist with other administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Available on weekends/Evenings shift if needed.
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and/or financial management.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and best practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Hubspot) and Google Sheets/Docs.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Experience in operations management is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the water filtration industry is a bonus but not required.
