Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to help us attract, engage, and hire top talent across sales, administration, marketing, and data roles. This person will manage the end-to-end recruitment process and partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver great candidates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with department heads to define hiring needs and create role profiles.
- Source candidates through multiple channels: job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and agencies.
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, culture fit, and motivation.
- Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and report recruitment metrics (time to hire, source effectiveness, etc.) to optimize processes.
- Stay updated on labor market trends and best recruitment practices, especially for English-speaking talent in Brazil.
- Support employer branding efforts to attract quality candidates.
- Assist with onboarding coordination and new hire documentation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably in sales, admin, marketing, or data roles.
- Familiarity with the Brazilian labor market and English-speaking candidate sourcing is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and hiring managers.
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to recruitment challenges.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
