Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to help us attract, engage, and hire top talent across sales, administration, marketing, and data roles. This person will manage the end-to-end recruitment process and partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver great candidates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Collaborate with department heads to define hiring needs and create role profiles.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels: job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and agencies.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, culture fit, and motivation.
  • Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics (time to hire, source effectiveness, etc.) to optimize processes.
  • Stay updated on labor market trends and best recruitment practices, especially for English-speaking talent in Brazil.
  • Support employer branding efforts to attract quality candidates.
  • Assist with onboarding coordination and new hire documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably in sales, admin, marketing, or data roles.
  • Familiarity with the Brazilian labor market and English-speaking candidate sourcing is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to recruitment challenges.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
